Additionally, many growing companies depend heavily on founders to drive business development and provide sales leadership; but, with growth, those founders need to shift focus to other priorities.

Leveraging 25 years experience, we partner with sales leaders to help them assess their current environment, identify necessary adjustments, and coach them to excellence.  

This partnership and simple formula (which most sales leaders crave) creates confident and intentional leaders with a bias-for-action, improved processes, and ultimately accelerated sales results.

Interviews of organizational leaders and sales contributors to assess current environment

Tools

Leveraging multiple tools and assessments to help the leader grow in self-awareness

Frequency

1/2 day kick-off followed by 60-90 minute in person or Zoom sessions 2 times per month, plus any additional discussions as requested by the leader

Addressing and incorporating current tactical sales challenges into the learning process

A proven growth “recipe” centered around awareness, assessment, and adjustment
